- Produce engaging highlyshareable content optimized specifically for TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Master the art of storytelling in 60 seconds or less using compelling hooks pacing and edits that captivate viewers immediately.
Creative Storytelling & Editing
- Transform raw footage into visually stunning shortform videos with meticulous attention to detail rhythm and emotional resonance.
- Utilize dynamic editing techniques including transitions animations text overlays SFX and sound design to enhance viewer engagement.
Driving Content Performance
- Consistently analyze performance data (views engagement rates retention) to refine editing strategies and maximize virality.
- Collaborate closely with our strategists to ensure your videos not only captivate but also achieve measurable business results.
EndtoEnd Video Production
- Take complete ownership of video projects from initial briefing and concept through final export meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with our creative team ensuring seamless alignment with project vision and objectives.
Requirements

- You re a talented video editor with a portfolio of captivating viralquality shortform videos.
- You re proficient in Premiere Pro After Effects and other industrystandard editing software.
- You have a keen sense of what grabs attention on shortform platforms and continuously seek out trends and editing styles.
- You re highly organized able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
- You thrive working autonomously and proactively in a remote collaborative environment.
Bonus points if you:
- Have successfully grown or managed shortform content channels professionally (TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts).
- Bring experience in animation motion graphics or advanced visual effects.
