Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mentor and manage the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Experience in managing HR operations across APAC countries with a understanding of regional labor laws.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and compliant with local labor laws.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
Review and manage payroll inputs and employee benefits administration in collaboration with finance.
Resolve escalated HR matters promptly and in alignment with internal policies and labor laws.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies on leave attendance overtime and reimbursements.
Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Drive the implementation of new HR tools and initiatives annually to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
Continuously contribute ideas to enhance HR operations and support change management.
Design and lead employee engagement and cultural initiatives that promote inclusivity and team cohesion.
Handle disciplinary matters including verbal/written warnings and terminations in compliance with local laws and internal protocols.
Handson experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Zoho or similar platforms).
Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience in managing training records or elearning platforms.



Requirements

Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
4 years of progressive HR experience including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage a team and handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
