What is the role that we need
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Account Management: Assist in creating and setting up client accounts on the Clients platform ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.
- Position Upload: Upload clientlevel positions onto the Clients platform maintaining uptodate and accurate records.
- Trade Blotter Processing: Review trade blotter emails and extract relevant data for uploading to the Clients platform via OMT.
- Data Integrity and Accuracy: Perform routine checks to ensure that all uploaded data is accurate and properly formatted.
- Reporting: Generate periodic reports and updates as required providing insights into data entry progress and potential areas for improvement.

- 23 years Years of Experience
- College Degree in Computer Science Economics Mathematics or Business Administration
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Moderate skills in Microsoft Suite specifically Excel VLOOKUP INDEX and MATCH Pivot Tables VBA and macros
- Experienced in detailed operational data reconciliation
- Solid written and verbal communication and the ability to work with customers
- Multitasking and deadline orientation are essential
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Dependability and the ability to maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with business information
Desired (Plus but not a requirement)
- Computer skills: MS SQL and VBA for Excel are preferred
- Experienced at capturing and analyzing relevant data for formulating recommendations is a plus
- Ability to summarize information utilizing charts and graphs using MS PowerPoint or Dashboard tools is a plus
Passion and tangible experience for designing and presenting Excel-based dashboards (or other tools) to summarize important data in a consistent, efficient and evaluative manner Data visualization experience or desire to learn is a must Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and general proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, VBA experience is preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate granular data and trends into summary-level narratives for senior management team reporting Pride in delivering a thorough and accurate work product; attention to detail, demonstrated through work product presented to senior management Intellectual curiosity with penchant for learning and expanding knowledge set Highly adaptable to evolving business needs Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships across the company Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team comprised of local and remote colleagues Experience: Graduate of any 4-year degree course; preferably an accounting degree Preferably one 1 year experience in a U.S. corporate environment
