Job Description

Position Summary

Gamma Mobility is seeking a highly organized individual who will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the office. Your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate various administrative tasks and processes to ensure efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  • Participate in positive interactions with staff and visitors in person or over the phone
  • Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean and wellmaintained
  • Log detailed and accurate records of visitor requests

Administrative
  • Office Management: Oversee the daytoday operations of the office ensuring supplies are stocked equipment is maintained and office logistics run smoothly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to management executives and other staff members in the organization. This involves managing schedules organizing meetings preparing agendas and handling correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate records including financial records personnel files and other important documents. Ensuring data security and confidentiality is also essential.
  • Human Resources: Assist with HRrelated tasks such as recruitment onboarding and employee record management.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between different departments external stakeholders and visitors.
  • Event Coordination: Organize company events or meetings both internally and externally as required.
  • ProblemSolving: Address administrative issues and challenges that arise in the workplace finding effective solutions to overcome them.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Officebased role with occasional travel as required.
