Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
Participate in positive interactions with staff and visitors in person or over the phone
Ensure the reception area and common areas are clean and wellmaintained
Log detailed and accurate records of visitor requests
Administrative
Office Management: Oversee the daytoday operations of the office ensuring supplies are stocked equipment is maintained and office logistics run smoothly.
Administrative Support: Provide support to management executives and other staff members in the organization. This involves managing schedules organizing meetings preparing agendas and handling correspondence.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate records including financial records personnel files and other important documents. Ensuring data security and confidentiality is also essential.
Human Resources: Assist with HRrelated tasks such as recruitment onboarding and employee record management.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact between different departments external stakeholders and visitors.
Event Coordination: Organize company events or meetings both internally and externally as required.
ProblemSolving: Address administrative issues and challenges that arise in the workplace finding effective solutions to overcome them.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Officebased role with occasional travel as required.
