Job Description
Serpentini Collision center is looking for an experienced auto body estimator to join our team. We are a growing & very busy shop that serviced multiple DRPS & our Strongsville dealership. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills the abilityto write an accurate estimate& the ability to multitask. Experience with CCC required. We work with multiple DRPS including Geico Progressive State Farm & further questions or to setup an interview please call Jonathan at. Minimum 2 years body shoprequired & we are willing to train. Pay is based on experience. Essential duties are as follows:
. Promote a positive relationship with all body shop customers & staff.
.Writingan accurate estimate in either CCC or Mitchell
. Scheduling customers & accurately keeping all customers updated on the status of their repairs.
