Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:Develop and manage innovative social media campaigns that align with our marketing goals and enhance our brand voice. Lead the creation of highquality engaging content (posts videos graphics) that resonates with our audience.
- Lead Ad Buying Initiatives: Develop and manage paid social media campaigns monitoring key metrics to ensure optimal performance and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization:analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Community Engagement:Monitor user engagement build relationships within our online community and ensure content optimization for maximum reach and interaction.
- Collaboration & Campaign :Work closely with our marketing team to execute datadriven social media campaigns that align with corporate marketing strategies.
- Trend Monitoring:Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and cuttingedge.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- 35 years of social media experience and ad buying (Will be asked to provide a portfolio of successful campaigns)
- Proven experience running successful paid social campaigns(Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and X).
- Expertise in using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Familiarity withsocial media management tools(e.g. StatusBrew).
- Ability to create and edit engagingshortform content(TikTok Instagram Reels etc..
