Job Description
The Role:
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive and impactful user experiences across our digital products. You will play a key role in defining user journeys crafting highfidelity designs and ensuring a cohesive visual and interaction design language. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about creating usercentered solutions and mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work.
- Expert proficiency in tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
- Solid understanding of usercentered design interaction design and visual design principles.
- Experience working in crossfunctional teams within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Proven track record of designing successful products for web and/or mobile platforms.
Nice to Have:
Experience with design systems and scalable UI architecture.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend collaboration workflows.
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Experience with motion design or animation tools is a plus.
