Up to 40k basic plus great bonuses

The Role:
As General Manager youll be the heart of the club leading daily operations driving membership growth building a strong team culture and delivering exceptional member experiences. Youll be responsible for all aspects of the clubs performance from financial targets to facility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the health club
Recruittrain and motivate a highperforming team
Drive membership sales and retention
Ensure topnotch customer service and member satisfaction
Manage budgets reporting and performance KPIs
Maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment
Coordinate with marketing to promote the club and events

Proven leadership experience ideally in the fitness or leisure sector
Strong sales and business development mindset
Excellent communication and people skills
