Job Description
Join Axpos Group IT team and take the lead in shaping the future of our virtual desktop environments. Youll drive innovation across Citrix VDI Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 ensuring performance and scalability that support our business needs.
What you will do:
- Lead the design development and optimization of virtual desktop solutionsDrive strategic initiatives around Citrix AVD and Windows 365 (Cloud PCs)
- Collaborate with engineering support and business teams to define and implement product roadmaps
- Ensure performance monitoring cost optimization and robust security in VDI environments
- Manage relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders
- Serve as the goto expert for the virtual desktop environment within the nuclear divisions IT landscape
What you bring & who you are:
- University degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience with Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop; Windows 365 knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical and problemsolving mindset
- Experienced in managing VDI implementations and driving product lifecycle
- Proficient in stakeholder communication and collaboration across teams
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
