Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.
Assist with the preparation of sales proposals contracts and presentations.
Maintain accurate records of sales data including customer information sales orders and invoices.
Coordinate meetings conference calls and appointments for the sales team.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Assist with the onboarding process for new clients including account setup and product demonstrations.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed including managing calendars scheduling travel arrangements and processing expense reports.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role preferably in the technology industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Experience working with cloud services or technology products is a plus.
