The Precast Drafter will be responsible for working on a wide range of precast concrete projects. This role requires a strong ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings develop concept drawings from sketches and create detailed fabrication layouts. The drafter will collaborate closely with sales engineering project management QA/QC and plant personnel.
This is a temptoperm position and requires the candidate to work fully onsite.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in precast concrete drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Experience with structural handling calculations for precast
- Working on projects involving bridges wall panels precast and prestress beams marine structures and other precast applications (Preferred)
