Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) Solution Architect to design and implement robust technical solutions for the Oracle CCB application. This role requires collaboration with business analysts system administrators and IT professionals to ensure the Oracle CCB system meets business requirements and operates efficiently. The Solution Architect will lead the architectural design integration and optimization of the Oracle CCB system to support customer care and billing. Experience with lift & shift M&A strategies and fitgap assessments is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design and Implementation:
- Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the Oracle CCB system.
- Design scalable highperformance solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure system architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Oversee the technical aspects of Oracle CCB projects including design development and deployment.
- Mentor and support junior technical staff.
System Integration:
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle CCB and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across integrated systems.
- Work with thirdparty vendors and internal teams to manage integration projects.
Performance Optimization:
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the Oracle CCB system.
- Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization activities.
- Ensure the system is scalable and can handle increased loads efficiently.
Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive customer data.
- Ensure the Oracle CCB system complies with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- Provide advanced technical support for the Oracle CCB system.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents and problems efficiently.
Documentation and Training:
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation for the Oracle CCB system architecture.
- Create and conduct training sessions for technical staff and endusers.
- Keep documentation uptodate with system changes and enhancements
