We are looking for a detailoriented and experienced Payroll Administrator who is committed to accuracy thrives under pressure and excels at meeting deadlines.
Minimum Requirements: Relevant tertiary education in Accounting or Payroll (Degree/Diploma)preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in Payroll Payroll control account reconciliation experience (leave PAYE Efiling Easyfile EMP501 reconciliation). Bookkeeping experience is advantageous. Proficiency in Payroll & Accounting Packages (Sage Accounting Xero QuickBooks SAGE One Payroll SimplePay Pastel Payroll Paymaster). Experience with SARS efiling. Valid drivers license and own transport.
Duties and Responsibilities: Processing daytoday payroll activities for weekly biweekly and monthly payrolls. Handling new employee registrations and terminations. Maintaining accurate employee records and files. Distribution of payslips and statutory returns (EMP501 EMP201 VAT201. Completing the Tax YearEnd process and issuing IRP5 certificates. Workmans Compensation registration and yearly ROE submission. UIF registration and compliance.
