- Owning the Affiliate Program Develop launch and refine our affiliate strategy to maximize player acquisition and revenue.
- Building RockSolid Partnerships Cultivate and maintain strong longterm relationships with top affiliates and influencers in the industry.
- Driving HighImpact Campaigns Plan execute and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns that deliver real results.
- Tracking & Optimizing Performance Analyze affiliate performance identify trends and implement datadriven improvements to boost conversions.
- Designing Competitive Commission Models Structure commission plans that attract toptier affiliates and drive strong ROI.
- Keeping a Finger on the Pulse Stay ahead of industry trends competitor strategies and emerging affiliate opportunities.
- Ensuring Compliance Make sure all affiliate activities align with industry regulations including GDPR and POPIA.
- Collaborating for Success Work crossfunctionally with marketing finance and product teams to align affiliate efforts with overall business goals.
- Expanding Your Network Attend major iGaming events and sports betting conferences to build relationships and grow our affiliate program.
Requirements
Requirements for thisAffiliate Manager jobinJohannesburg South Africa:
- Proven track record in affiliate marketing within iGaming and sports betting.
- Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms like Income Access Everflow and NetRefer.
- Strong negotiation skills to land and retain top affiliate partners.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize for maximum conversions and revenue.
- Experience structuring commission models (CPA hybrid and revenue share).
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and responsible gambling standards.
- Passion for iGaming and sports betting with a deep understanding of player behavior and industry trends.
