Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with cost center managers functional leaders & Finance Business Partners in developing annual budgets / quarterly projections; including clear documentation of assumptions & posting in Oracle / Hyperion.
Record monthend journal entries (accruals reclasses charge in / outs & prepaid amortization) for all cost centers supported; ensure accurate reporting of financial results in Oracle / Hyperion.
Collect and analyze key financial data to provide insights that influence strategic decisions for business partner and management.
Analyze financial variances for cost center actuals projections and budget.
Compile MonthEnd Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
Support audit requests from internal / external audit.
Oversee all accounting operations including standard cost changes BOM costing updates reconciling inventory to the GL AP AR Fixed Asset tracking and posting of payroll.
Tracking and reporting of R & D Expenses by project.
Good team player who can handle tactical & strategic duties.
Comfortable engaging with BU Leadership including presentations.
Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various adhoc projects

Education & Experience

At least 5 years of finance/accounting experience (Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry preferred)
BS in finance/accounting preferred

Skills

Knowledge of pcMRP preferred
High degree of proficiency with Excel and ERP systems with Oracle and Hyperion (Smart View Planning) experience preferred
Comfortable engaging with BU Leadership including presentations
Good team player who can handle tactical & strategic duties
Strong communication and analytical skills
