Job Description

Director of Sales

Monsey NY or Brooklyn NY

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead grow and manage our sales team. In this leadership role you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies driving revenue growth and managing a highperforming sales team. You will work closely with senior leadership to align company goals with sales objectives and oversee the recruitment training and development of the team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the sales strategy expand the team and play a key role in the growth of the company.

As the Director of Sales you will be instrumental in building a strong resultsdriven team that will scale the business. Youll have the opportunity to lead the team to exceed sales targets while ensuring ongoing success and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead manage and expand the sales team ensuring performance goals and targets are met.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Oversee the recruitment training and development of new sales team members.
  • Mentor and coach the sales team to ensure they reach their potential and contribute to the teams success.
  • Set and track sales targets KPIs and performance metrics for the team reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement sales processes to improve efficiency and optimize outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and highvalue prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools training and support to succeed.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing and growing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building highperformance sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS ecommerce and technology products/services.
  • Exceptional leadership coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track sales performance and make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Techsavvy and familiar with sales tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
