Job Description

TheAffiliate ManagerinDurbanis responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with affiliate partners to drive customer acquisition and contribute to the growth of the companys presence in the South African online gambling market.
Your keyjobresponsibilities as theAffiliate ManagerinDurbanwill include:
- Develop and manage the overall strategy for the affiliate program including recruitment activation and retention of affiliate partners.
- Implement initiatives to aggressively grow the affiliate network and maximize performance.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the programs reach within the South African market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates ensuring a positive and collaborative partnership.
- Negotiate and establish commission structures with affiliates aligning incentives with company objectives.
- Regularly review and adjust commission rates based on performance and strategic goals.
- Provide training and support to affiliates equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote the brand.
- Offer ongoing assistance to ensure affiliates optimize their promotional efforts.
- Utilize affiliate tracking tools and analytics to monitor the performance of affiliates.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide affiliates with compelling marketing collateral promotional materials and exclusive offers.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all affiliate promotions.
- Generate monthly reports on affiliate performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare the monthly commission payment file for both internal and external affiliates and ensure that affiliate commissions are paid on time.
Requirements
Requirements for thisAffiliate Manager jobinDurban:
- A degree in marketing business or a related field is preferred but relevant work experience can be a substitute.
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related field preferably within the online gambling industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing affiliate programs.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and adjust commission structures effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills to engage and maintain affiliate partnerships.
- Proficiency in using affiliate tracking tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and make datadriven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Capability to create and deliver effective training and support materials for affiliates.
