We are seeking a Senior Product Managerto drive the development and of AIpowered product innovations that enhance customer experiences. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking technical expertise and handson to deliver impactful solutions that align with our business goals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies product lifecycle management and the ability to collaborate across crossfunctional teams. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for innovation and a drive to deliver highimpact products in a fastpaced environment.
This position is based out of one of the offices of our affiliate Acqueon Technologies in India and will adopt the hybrid work arrangements of that location. You will be a member of the Acqueon team with responsibilities supporting Five9 products collaborating with global teammates based primarily in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering design and GTM teams to define product requirements prioritize features and ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify trends opportunities and gaps.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and continuously refine the product roadmap.
- Support product positioning packaging and pricing decisions.
- Manage product lifecycle activities including beta testing user feedback and performance optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS software product management.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and the broader AI ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage product development from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and drive alignment.
