We are seeking a resource with a minimum of five 5 years of expertise in as many of the following products/platforms/activities as possible:
SuccessFactors Recruitment & OnBoarding
SAP Personnel Administration (PA)
SAP Time Management (TM) this includes but not limited to: Time schemas and rules Time Transfer Time Evaluation Attendance and Absence types Quotas Work Schedules Cross application time sheets
SAP Employee SelfService (ESS) and Manager SelfService (MSS)
SAP Payroll (PY) This includes but not limited to: Payroll schemas and rules Wage Types Third party processes Posting payroll results Taxes
SAP Benefits Administration (BN)
Process Affordable Care Act (ACA) 1095C forms
SAP Organizational Management (OM)
SharePoint design and end user support
OrgPublisher chart development and user support
ServiceNow configuration / development / enduser support experience is a plus
experience using ServiceNow (changing ticket status maintaining work notes generating tasks etc)
OnBase experience including form design and workflow configuration
experience with test planning script maintenance and test result tracking using Azure DevOps
developing / creating documents in UPerform
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to write business and technical specifications according to defined and established methodology and standards
The Work Environment for this resource will be:
Work hours will fall within 7am 5pm EST (under normal circumstances)
Remote only work until at least June 30 2021 after which on premise requirements are negotiable
