About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join the NSW Claims Team and take your customer service & admin skills to the next level as well as kick starting or continuing your rewarding career in building and/or insurance. Flexible working arrangements (fulltime and parttime).
Reporting to the Operations Manager Bay Building Services (NSW) you will be responsible for daytoday customer service and administration in relation to property insurance claims. You will be in regular contact with clients internal staff members and customers to keep them updated regarding their claims ensuring a seamless claims process.
