Pay Type:$18/hour for FullTime with Open Availability
We are seeking a developed leader to support the business by communicating tracking training and coaching all Team Members in achieving service and revenue goals. As a member of our Senior Director Team you will oversee Team Members in the development of the business and in continual pursuit of Operational Excellence and 2nd Mile Service while cultivating a positive work culture. The Operations Manager is in constant contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator as to what is happening in their scope of responsibility. Their primary role is to uphold our culture of care champion our Lead by example mindset and maintain our policies on a consistent basis.
