Lettings Negotiator WANTED! We are looking for a candidate who loves Residential Lettings and thrives on putting deals together in a competitive market place.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who wants to move their career on to the next level and be part of a truly successful and developing team.
You will be a pivotal part within in the team carrying out viewings negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion.
The right candidate will be experienced proactive and selfmotivated and possesses great customer service and communication skills.
The Company: Our client is an independent awardwinning Sales and Lettings agency with an excellent reputation and several local offices in Berkshire who take pride in mentoring and developing their staff.
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Experienced residential Lettings Agent
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Wokingham and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
