Operating across fourteen clinics in the metropolitan area RSA operates from both private hospitals and standalone outpatient facilities. RSA also provides onsite radiology reporting services to public hospitals in SA (Lyell McEwin Hospital and Port Pirie) Far North Qld (Cairns Base Hospital) and NT (Royal Darwin Hospital).

About the Role:

Are you a skilled CT Radiographer looking to bring your leadership skills to RSA or maybe youre looking to step into a leadership role This is your chance to advance your career while helping to shape the future of CT services at Radiology SA.

As the CT Modality 2IC youll play a key role in developing workforce capability and supporting smooth operations within our CT services. Acting as a backup to the CT

Modality Manager this role allows you enhance your leadership while continuing to deliver highquality patientcentred care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentoring & Development: Lead training programs mentoring and onthejob development to enhance team skills and knowledge in CT imaging.
• Team Leadership: Assist the CT Modality Manager with rostering supervision recruitment and onboarding stepping in to lead when required.
• Workflow Efficiency: Streamline workflows troubleshoot challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Quality Assurance: Support quality control measures audits and accreditation processes to maintain the highest standards.
• Clinical Duties: Perform advanced CT procedures and assist with integrating new technologies and techniques.

About You:

Apart from a commitment to highquality work exceptional communication and teamwork to be successful in this role you will need:

• AHPRA Registration and an EPA SA Radiation License.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Flexibility to work outofhours on a rostered or oncall basis across our sites.
• A passion for continuous learning through inhouse training and meetings.
• Commitment to maintaining accreditation through seminars and lectures.
• A current Working with Children Check
• Modality training and experience in CT
