Job Opening: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Officer
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Officer to join our team in Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an Indian multinational paint company based in Kolkata with 16 manufacturing units in India.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and appointing dealers for deeper market penetration and increased market share.
- Analyzing and comparing sales plans with the previous years data and implementing appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
- Overseeing the sales activities of products to achieve increased sales growth and maximized volume and value growth.
- Assisting dealers in achieving targets and providing them with necessary training.
- Ensuring the seeding of new products in the right channels.
- Ensuring the availability of SKU range at key outlets.
- Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for brand building.
- Ensuring the profitability of dealers in alignment with the organizations policies and interests.
- Creating a territory monitoring report every month including competitor activities.
- Conducting retail audits to assess market potential and estimate competitors sales and adopting suitable strategies for sales.
- Resolving all dealer issues to maintain smooth business relations.
- Experience in sales of construction chemicals is preferred.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel sales and Retail Sales.
- Comfortable with the Delhi location.
- Age up to 35 years.
- Education BTECH/BCOM/MBA/BSC/BCA (Mandatory).
