THE POSITION

Mobilisation Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the mobilisation processes supporting the mobilisation team to ensure operational efficacy and compliance.
  • Manage various projects engaging with stakeholders gathering data and developing documentation and presentations.
  • Maintain policies and procedures necessary for operational commencement.
  • Oversee the electronic library (Compass Teams) ensuring document control and access.
  • Maintain a register of all procedures by work stream and assist with developing workflows and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings including agenda creation minute recording and distribution of materials.
  • Provide general administrative support to the mobilisation teams.

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administration support to the Compass Group Service Operations management Team
  • Assists with the maintenance and updating of documentation and report generation.
  • Maintain operational quality manuals and related documentation.
  • Assist with maintaining relevant subcontractor documentation.
  • As required assist the security services team with the issuing of access passes.
  • Ensure all documentation of internal equipment and services regimes are maintained.

THE PERSON

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge and adapt to changing environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Strong minutetaking skills with the ability to summarise key points and action items.
  • Effective engagement with a diverse range of professionals.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience within healthcare would be highly advantageous.
