AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Data Architect. In our AGCO journey towards Farmer First customer centricity and digitalization the necessity for maintaining high quality actionable data is key to our success.

As a Data Architect you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement and monitoring of data architectures globally resulting in consistent compliant highquality data that progressively meets data standards. This position will support our organization as we design and build robust data architectures to enable datadriven business insights. Through close collaboration with business stakeholders data scientists data engineers and IT & infrastructure teams customer dealer and business value will be generated with data supporting analytics at scale. This role will deliver on the value of data to provide both cost reduction and increased revenues enabling AGCO to better serve those feeding the world. Designs evaluates and tests data architectures as well as implements supports and enhances the tools and technologies used for Reporting & Analytics throughout the organization.

Your Impact

• Designs and manages data architectures that collect store and process data according to company needs and goals.
• Develops and maintains data models data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.
• Ensures data integrity security and availability across various data platforms.
• Collaborates with data engineers to build and evolve infrastructure to ingest process and extract meaning from data.
• Works with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implements data governance and best practices for data management.
• Troubleshoots datarelated issues identifies possible solutions and resolves accordingly.
• Performs work under minimal supervision.
• Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higherlevel staff.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter.
• Provides leadership coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle MySQL).
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
