Skills:ExpertiseinhandlingstoresLogisticbillinganddispatchofMaterialswellawareaboutMISReports&documentationknowledgeofExcise.

JobRole&KeyResponsibility:

Coordinatewithplanning&SalesdeptforDispatchofMaterial.

Planningandarrangementoftransportationwithreputedlogistics.

Toensureappropriatechecking/inspectionisdonebeforetheFGisbeingloadedontovehicleanddeliverytodealersandcustomers.

TimelydispatchofFGProductstodealers/customertofulfillaspertheMarketing&salesteamasperrequirement.

TokeepeffectivecoordinationwiththeplanttoensureFGproductsproduced&approvedaremadereadytomeetdemand.

GeneratingandfollowupofRoadPermitESugamandCT3etc.

Ensurematerialpackedaspercustomerrequirementwillbeloadedproperlyinthevehicle.

PreparationdailyDomestic&ExportSalesInvoicealongwithpackingslipinJDEdwardsPreparationofARE1&ARE3etc

Ensurematerialisstoredproperlysafelyatitsallocatedareawithproperidentificationtagetc.

PreparationofstockStatement.MaintainPhysicalStock
