Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing a team of individual contributors and/or managers setting performance goals and developing an operational processes strategy aligned with the organizations objectives. The role collaborates with senior executives oversees complex process improvement projects and uses datadriven insights for decisionmaking. The role ensures compliance promotes a culture of continuous improvement and stays informed about industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
Education & Experience Recommended
Fouryear or Graduate Degree in Sales Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10 years of jobrelated experience or 810 years of management experience preferably in sales operations management project management process improvement or a related field.
