Vacancy: SALES VALUER / LISTER Residential Estate & Lettings Agency
Location: Earley Reading RG6
Salary: OTE: 45k
Position: Permanent Full Time
Are you wellpresented and well spoken articulate and energetic with a strong background and track record in sales If this sounds like you and you are based within reach of the Reading area we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Valuer / Lister with a local estate agency.
If you are currently a Senior Negotiator ready to take the next step in your property career then this is your opportunity!
The ideal candidate for this position will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Estate Agency industry a great personal track record of success and of winning instructions and the ambition to want to be successful.
You will be assisting in ensuring the Branch hits targets is profitable wins new business and retains current clients.

Skills required for this Sales Valuer / Lister (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous experience in residential Sales
- Listing and instruction winning experience
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Able to win new business
- Full UK driving license required
- Local knowledge of the Reading / Earley area is preferred
