Job Description

Are you a skilled HVAC professional who enjoys solving problems working with a variety of building systems and taking pride in maintaining toptier facilities Join our dynamic Facilities team as a Building Maintenance / HVAC Technician and be part of a company that values innovation safety and teamwork.
This role will travel between Watford City Williston and Killdeer ND on a frequent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install inspect repair and maintain HVAC systems including heating cooling and ventilation equipment.
- Manage HVAC controls and EMS software across multiple facilities.
- Support other technicians and construction teams in system troubleshooting and equipment recommendations.
- Maintain HVAC product standards and update facility equipment records using our Facility Management System.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless of maintenance and construction work.
- Provide technical input during design phases of new construction and major remodels.
- Assist with security system maintenance including cameras sensors and access control.
- Contribute to departmental operations guides and help identify opportunities for process improvements.
Position Competencies:
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Initiative critical thinking and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and project coordination.
- High School diploma or equivalent; five years of experience in HVAC or building maintenance (or equivalent training).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems controls electrical plumbing and building components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building specifications.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel between assigned locations.
