Our client is looking for a Corporate Receptionist for their their downtown Calgary office. If you are clientfocused teamoriented and have a warm and friendly demeanor you would be a great fit for this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors ensuring a positive first impression
- Professional phone demeanor to be the first point of contact
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Manage client inquiries efficiently providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate individuals or teams
- Assist Executive team as required
- Coordinate appointments and meetings managing any meeting room bookings and arrange catering
- Provide administrative support to organization employee
- Receive and distribute daily mail courier packages and mail in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of reception or related professional office experience in a corporate environment
- Strong ability to maintain a professional appearance conduct and uphold confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional communication organizational and time management skills
- Clientfocused with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
