As the Senior Consultant Business Performance you will:
- Work as part of the Personal Everyday Banking (PEB) Business team supporting business and transformational activities across the PEB Business Unit.
- Monitor business performance across PEB through regular checkpoints of key business and performance indicators.
- Own & maintain key business reports to support the of performance management in a timely fashion and offer insight that drives actions.
- Contribute to the formulation of intervention strategies that course correct and enable maximum realisation of value while minimising risk actively.
- Support the preparation of PEBs consolidated investment ask and oversight of realisation of value.
- Support the preparation of briefing papers scorecards & reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Champion operational risk and control compliance and support the of harmonious business operations across PEB.
What you will bring
- Demonstrated experience working across a breadth of areas including strategy business delivery project and change management and communications within a large complex organisation.
- Proven business operational or performance management experience.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment with Financial Services experience preferred.
- Project program and portfolio management experience preferred.
- Ability to innovate adapt and grasp new skills.
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience at all levels.
