Job Description

Vanguard is seeking motivated individuals with internal wholesaling experience to join our Training & Development Program designed to prepare participants to become an Internal Wholesaler at Vanguard. This program offers comprehensive training in Vanguard sales strategies product knowledge and client relationship management equipping trainees with the skills needed to excel as an Internal Sales Consultant at Vanguard. After training depending on readiness candidates are eligible to get back in territory and partner with an External Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Training: Learn and apply effective Vanguard sales techniques to promote our financial products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain indepth understanding of our product offerings including mutual funds ETFs and other investment solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop skills to build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and clients.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends and how they impact our products and sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Enhance verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and sales pitches.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with External Sales Executives and other team members to support sales efforts and achieve business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Series 7 63
  • Certifications: CIMA CFP CFA CAIA. MBA preferred.
  • Wholesaling experience selling mutual funds and/or ETFs required.
  • Bachelors degree in finance Business Marketing or related field.
  • Strong interest in financial services and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
