Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post accurate and timely journal entries
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Support internal and external audits including documentation and process explanations
- Assist with monthend and yearend close processes
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 35 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills
