Job Description

Job Summary
The incumbent will develop and deliver noncredit continuing education courses seminars and workshops related to the mental health addictions field on an asneeded basis to both corporate clients and adults in open enrollment. May be required to create learning outcomes and corresponding assessments. Course will be designed to meet regulatory and local workforce educational and training needs. Positions available at both the Florham and Metro (Teaneck) campuses.

Required Qualifications
Masters degree in related field and 35 years work experience in the subject matter. Appropriate industryvalued credentials for the subject. Work experience beyond 5 years may be substituted 1 for 1 for the degree. At least 1 year previous experience teaching adult learners. Must be able to be approved by the NJ Addictions Certification Board NJ Department of Consumer Affairs Licensing Division or other appropriate regulatory agency (as appropriate) as an instructor. Proficiency in MS Office and appropriate industry accepted software applications. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.

Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with (or willingness to learn to deliver) online/blended instruction is desired.
