Heres what youll do:
Set up/organize project files and drawing sheets of assigned architectural projects.
Collaborate with the Project Architect and lead the modeling/drafting of floor plans exterior building elevations sections and details for construction documents.
Collaborate with technical team members to continuously improve our internal processes for producing high quality construction documents.
Coordinate project related drawing information with Structural Mechanical Electrical and Civil Engineers.
Identify and communicate problem areas to the Project Architect where conflicts in design arise.
Generate complete and accurate construction documents that uphold the drafting design standards of Architecture Incorporated.
Heres what youll need:
Bachelors or Associates related to architectural and/or construction technology from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of building codes and their proper application.
Technical knowledge of building construction practices.
Must have advanced Revit architecture skills and experience.

Possess great interpersonal skills (listening diplomacy responsiveness).
Professionally communicate with the design team clients contractors and consultants.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be detailoriented selfmotivated and possess a professional work ethic.
Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
