What you will be doing:
- Serve as an active member of the Operating Room team under the supervision of the Manager or Vice President of Patient & Clinical Services.
- Provide quality surgical patient care.
- Assist in the maintenance of a safe and aseptic surgical environment.
- Observe and teach other surgical team members proper surgical techniques.
- Demonstrate behavior practices that reflect the philosophy and mission of our sponsors and the hospitals Health and Services.
Experience you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited surgical tech program or equivalent education/experience.
- Experience as needed to fulfill job functions.
- Recent completion of CST training program or equivalent education/experience (Preferred).
- Current job as an OR Technician (Preferred).
- Central Service training and or experience (Preferred).
- Upon hire: Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA).
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
