The Junior Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations ensuring accurate financial records and contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department. Essential Functions
Support monthend and yearend closing processes including journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) tracking specific to manufacturing operations
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Help maintain the fixed asset register and assist with depreciation calculations
Assist with audits and preparation of supporting schedules
Maintain organized financial records in accordance with company policies and GAAP
Participate in special projects such as ERP implementation or financial system enhancements
Collaborate crossfunctionally with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
02 years of relevant accounting experience (internships or coop experience welcome)
Basic understanding of GAAP and general accounting procedures
Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting software (e.g. NetSuite QuickBooks SAP) is a plus
Interest in manufacturing or tech environments
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment
This position is based in an office environment within our headquarters or regional office
Standard MondayFriday business hours with occasional flexibility during monthend or project deadlines
Frequent use of standard office equipment such as computers phones printers and scanners
Regular collaboration with other teams including Operations Supply Chain and Engineering
May involve occasional visits to the manufacturing floor to support inventory or auditrelated tasks (safety protocols and PPE provided)

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this fulltime position is between $80000 and $95000. This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position in the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors such as work experience jobrelated skills related education work location and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package this position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and equity program as applicable.
