Job Description

Position: Human Resources Administrator

Type: FullTime Permanent

Location: Living Sky School Division Based in North Battleford SK

Flexible Start Date : Begin between May 1 to August 1 2025

Compensation: $115000$weeks vacation comprehensive benefits

What Youll Do:

  • Lead divisionwide school staffing and workforce planning ensuring resources align with school and student needs.
  • Work closely with CUPE and the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation to administer agreements and maintain respectful solutionfocused relationships.
  • Support bargaining and negotiations and ensure consistent application of collective agreements.
  • Ensure fair respectful processes for employee investigations performance concerns and attendance support.
  • Provide leadership in mitigating legal and organizational risk ensuring practices protect the Board from liability and meet all legislative requirements.
  • Design and oversee systems for recruitment onboarding professional growth and employee wellbeing.
  • Manage division compliance with occupational health and safety privacy legislation and emergency preparedness.
  • Advise and support school and division leaders on a range of HR matters with clarity consistency and care.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources Education or Business; a CPHR designation or willingness to obtain it is considered an asset.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources leadership preferably in unionized or publicsector settings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of occupational health and safety privacy legislation and labour relations.
  • Proven ability to support organizational systems while maintaining a peoplefirst mindset.
  • Excellent communication facilitation and problemsolving skills.
