Position Overview:
As an Analyst in our Investment Banking team you will play a critical role in executing transactions and providing financial advisory services for clients across Australia. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on highprofile deals develop key relationships with clients and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth financial analysis valuation and modeling to support transaction
- Assist in the preparation of pitch materials presentations and marketing materials for client meetings
- Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination structuring and negotiation
- Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal tax and other advisors
- Support the of mergers and acquisitions capital raising and other financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance Business Economics or related field
- 13 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance or related fields
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is a must
