Job Description

This is a fulltime position with an annual salary of $70000. The weekly schedule will be Tuesday through Thursday 6am2pm Friday 2pm9:30pm and Saturday 2pm9pm. Some flexibility is required for social events and scheduling emergencies.

A typical day for our Lifestyle Directors
As an NFC Amenity Lifestyle Director you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area where you will create epic lifestyle experiences to delight residents and guests. Our Lifestyle Directors are energetic fun and fully dedicated to making life extraordinary for our communities.
Ultimately your priority is to make sure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional memorable experience from the moment they arrive at our amenities to the time they leave.
Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:
- Organize and manage monthly events ranging from intimate gatherings to largescale extravaganzas.
- Coordinate with vendors partners and suppliers to ensure highquality service and products.
- Ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with all team members management and guests.
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Recruit train and supervise staff
- Highfive your team when theyre awesome and give them a hand when needed.
- Manage the approved budget including revenue and expense tracking for financial success.
- Make sure the facilities are clean tidy cozy and always showready.
- Manage inventory order supplies and oversee maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team up with the marketing department to design and implement monthly promotions newsletters and a calendar of events.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Monitor service quality and make adjustments as necessary.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly providing information about our services programming and other inquiries.
- Address guests concerns or issues professionally and courteously.
- Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
- Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.
We are looking for a candidate who works well alone and enjoys a fastpaced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are a must! Fitness and Spa management experience is a plus. Event planning is required.
