Job Description
Salary:per annum (pro rata only if part time)
Grade C
Fixed Term Contract 2 years
37 hours per week 4 positions supporting the Chief Executives Office Finance Place Adults Social Care Directorates
As part of the Councils newly restructured Executive Support Team the Leadership Assistant role is integral to ensuring the Assistant Directors and the Directorate works collaboratively supporting the One Council approach.
If you have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior leaders with exceptional diary management skills the ability to prioritise and multitask we would like to hear from you. Strong organisation and problemsolving abilities are essential along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to see the bigger picture and make strategic connections to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Assistant Directors service areas supporting the priorities of both the Directorate and wider organisation.
