About the Role
As our HR Director you will lead initiatives in talent acquisition employee engagement and workforce planning to support the organizations mission and longterm goals. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company objectives.

What You Bring
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or a related field.
- 710 years of progressive HR leadership experience preferably in the healthcare or rehab industry.
- Proven expertise in workforce planning talent development and employee relations.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
- A track record of inspiring teams and enhancing workplace culture.
