Job Description

- Shift:4x8Hour Days 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM 5:30 PM)
- Start Date:02/17/2025
- Contract Length:13 weeks
- Pay:$32/hour (benefits) $37/hour (no benefits)
- Floating:May be required to float to Bixby Location
- No Weekends Required
Requirements
- Experience:
- 3 years of LVN clinical experience
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Certifications:
- BLS
- IV Certification
- LVN License
- Skills Required:
- Outpatient clinic/urgent care experience
- IV starts
- IM & SQ injections
- Vaccine administration
- Deescalation protocols
