Job Description

Location: Arlington TX

Our Arlington TX facility needs a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team and keep our operations running at full capacity. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of hourly Maintenance Technicians MRO (Maintenance Repair and Operations) staff and Janitorial personnel.
  • Provide coaching performance feedback and training to develop technical and safety daily attendance assign work orders and manage shift coverage.
  • Preventive & Predictive MaintenanceDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) schedules to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Analyze equipment history and performance trends using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to optimize equipment reliability and & RepairsLead diagnostics and troubleshooting efforts on mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Oversee highpriority repairs to ensure safe and timely equipment restoration.
  • Enforce safety policies including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) PPE use and hazard reporting.
  • Coordinate training and certification for team members in relevant safety practices.
  • Vendor & Contractor Oversight: Manage relationships with onsite contractors and outside service providers.
  • Verify scope quality and safety compliance of external maintenance work.
  • SupportUse CMMS to manage work orders track inventory and report skilled trade assessments and participate in candidate interviews.
  • Communicate shift updates and operational issues during daily production meetings.
  • Support crossfunctional initiatives including Lean/Kaizen events and equipment upgrades.

What Were Looking For

  • 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems hydraulics pneumatics and industrial equipment
  • Familiarity with CMMS software (e.g. MP2 Fiix eMaint or similar) and Microsoft Excel/Word
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent problemsolving communication and time management skillsKnowledge of quality systems (IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 and safety standards (OSHA LOTO)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering or related field
  • Certifications such as OSHA 30 NFPA 70E TPM or CMRT
  • Experience in lean manufacturing 5S or Six Sigma initiatives
