Youll be a Registered Nurse or with an active PINlooking for your next role and wanting a more community focused role.
Coming from a nursing background youll continue to support our residents in a caring and empathetic manner. Youll be experienced in writing assessments and work collaboratively with other professionals supporting our residents (when required).

This is a part time position 16 hours worked across Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays.
Please note internally this role is known as Wellbeing Advisor
The Role
As our Wellbeing Nurse youll bring your nursing knowledge into a setting where the focus is on prevention dignity and longterm wellbeing. Youll carry out individual health and wellbeing assessments helping residents understand their needs and access the right support.
Youll also lead health information sessions wellbeing dropins and selfhelp groups tailored to our residents. Youll also actively liaise with external services from GPs to social workers ensuring residents get timely support.
To join our team youll also;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging older adults and wider services
A Registered General Nurse qualification (RGN) with an active PIN or equivalent
Drivers License with access to a car
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role
