Job Description
A homecare organization is seeking a detailoriented and compassionate Intake Representative to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients caregivers and referral sources. This role ensures a seamless intake process by gathering and verifying information coordinating with care teams and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in homecare excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct client intake by gathering verifying and documenting necessary information.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and guide clients through the intake process.
- Coordinate with clinical staff and care teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Accurately input and maintain client records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies during documentation.

- Experience in homecare intake or a related role.
