You will...

  • Support hiring and onboarding processes (e.g. scheduling interviews; administration of preemployment background check and drug testing processes; completion of new hire paperwork; scheduling of new hire orientation etc..
  • Organize and promote hiring events
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions wages opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Consult with Corporate Human Resources when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followed
  • Complete other projects and duties as assigned

You have...

  • 1 years of HRrelated work experience preferred.
  • Bachelors Degree in business administration management human resources or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Disciplined selfstarter proactive resourceful collaborative team player; detailoriented and strong followthrough skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Must be process oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and candidates
