You will...
- Support hiring and onboarding processes (e.g. scheduling interviews; administration of preemployment background check and drug testing processes; completion of new hire paperwork; scheduling of new hire orientation etc..
- Organize and promote hiring events
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions wages opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Consult with Corporate Human Resources when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned
You have...
- 1 years of HRrelated work experience preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in business administration management human resources or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Disciplined selfstarter proactive resourceful collaborative team player; detailoriented and strong followthrough skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Must be process oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and candidates
