Responsibilities:
Drive and achieve sales volume value and growth targets for a single Depot through a team of frontline Sales personnel.
Monitor competition activities and local market trends to make informed business decisions.
Expand the retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
Independently manage the Depot with full responsibility.
Demonstrate expertise in sales of construction chemicals.
Lead and manage a team for admixture sales.
