Job Description
Were looking for Job Coaches and Employment Engagement Consultants to join our dedicated and passionate team in Warrawong and surrounding suburbs.
This is an onsite position
We are a determined and compassionate team who thrive together in pursuit of our belief that works for everyone whilst having fun along the way.
Join us for one of our Recruitment Information Sessions where you will get the opportunity to connect with one of our Recruitment Partners and a Service Manager for an onthespot interview and learn more about atWork Australia.

Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using job search and recruitment tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
- Adaptability and empathy in client interactions
- Goaloriented mindset with a focus on positive outcomes
- Knowledge of local job market and employment trends (preferred)
No previous employment services experience necessary we value enthusiasm and the right attitude!
